Our in house Groundworks Estimator carried out a comprehensive take-off on this 247 unit scheme which boasted a mixture of Houses and Apartments. The submission was fully inclusive of a Bill of Quantities, Drawing Register, Schedule of Rates & Tender Clarifications/Qualifications.

The Scope of Works Included:

  • All drainage.

  • All service trenching, ducting.

  • Street lighting complete.

  • All roads and parking.

  • All paths and patios.

  • Floors (labour only).

  • Supply and fit structural topping.

  • All foundations.

  • All sub-structure brick/blockwork.

  • Bulk dig and muck away.

  • Cut and fill as required.

  • Testing of soils.

  • Testing of drainage and CCTV.

  • CBR testing.

  • Topsoil landscaped areas and gardens.

  • All setting out.

  • Temp walkways.

  • Scaffold mats.

  • Temp service (trench/kiosk/duct only).

  • Retaining walls full height.

  • Screen walls to 300mm above GL.
