Our in house Groundworks Estimator carried out a comprehensive take-off on this 247 unit scheme which boasted a mixture of Houses and Apartments. The submission was fully inclusive of a Bill of Quantities, Drawing Register, Schedule of Rates & Tender Clarifications/Qualifications.
